1. What Currency Do we accept? We only accept payment in Pound Sterling at this time.

  2. What Payment methods do we accept? We accept Debit/Credit Cards and Paypal Payments

  3. When are items shipped? If a product is in Stock on our website, then these items are currently in our unit and we will be used to fulfil your order as soon as possible. If you have items in the order that have other statuses however, these items will be shipped once any outstanding have been received in our unit. This can mean that orders for in stock items are delayed as we wait for Pre-Order items (for example) to be available. 

    • If any of your items are listed as Restock Expected or Available to Order then they will be ordered from our suppliers and should arrive with us, and then be shipped out to you within as little as 4-9 working days although it may take longer than that as supply may vary. We will keep you notified via email as your order progresses.

    • 'Pre-Order' items will be available on the release date of the product (assuming we have received stock). Please note release dates may be subject to change by the Manufacturer in question.

  4. Can I get a refund? : You may return all unopened and resalable item/s purchased within 30 days of the original delivery. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and no returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) these are given through our contact page.

    Once the item/s have arrived back in to our returns department we will credit your account with us with a store credit voucher or a refund back to your original payment within 14 days of processing the returned item/s.

    To obtain your Return Material Authorization (RMA) number please submit an Email to us, we will then provide you with all of the details required.

  5. The items I want aren’t on your website, can you provide special orders? We hold a number of accounts with suppliers so can indeed provide bespoke orders, please contact us with your requirement's.
